At Nandi Citadel, we believe in quality communities, not crowded ones. Each of our 15 towers are just 4 stories tall and spread out across 12.8 acres. Apart from having fewer people to share our 50+ amenities with, our low rise buildings also ensure safety and easy accessibility. In addition to this, our ground level apartments overlook quaint gardens and vibrant lotus ponds, making it easy to forget that you are in an apartment.
The Wetlands
Nature is the heart of our project and we have done our best to honour and preserve it. Our wetlands feature a tangle of vibrant green foliage that emerges from pools of still water, cradling colorful fish that happily dart within it. All of which you can enjoy at leisure from a viewing deck that is perched at its center.
Themed Gardens
Nestled between our towers of timeless stone are 8 unique themed gardens that pay homage to all things ancient and precious. The themes range from medicinal herb gardens, mythology and even one that celebrates the heady aroma of hard to find native blooms. Fitted with stone benches and traditional swings, these gardens are the perfect spot for quiet contemplation.

A unique grid featuring almost-forgotten games from another era, our Traditional Games Court can be enjoyed by all ages. “At Nandi Citadel, the amenities provide a platform to feel, enjoy and grow. They helped me, my husband and my daughter to try out new skills. It is a society where all kinds of cultures are honoured. We live together despite different religions or regions where we come from. We are together called Nandi Citadelites! I am very happy to get such a beautiful, green landscaped and vast amount of space in this community; which makes our life comfortable to live in like our own native. One sentence holds good – “Amenity or convenience, it is all taken care of by builder and association considerably.” I am not sure if there is any other society that can replicate Nandi Citadel.”
