The payment schedule and time- frame to pay depends on the block in which you choose the apartment.  For an apartment booked in a ready-to-occupy block, the time frame for payment and completing the registration formalities is approximately 3 months.  For an apartment booked in an under construction block, the time frame for payment and completing the registration formalities depends on the completion schedule of said block.
