Nandi Meraki is situated off Bannerghatta Road, opposite Nandi Woods Apartments, near Nobel Residency Layout, adjacent to VIBGYOR High Bannerghatta, approximately 3 KM from Bannerghatta main road.

The project spans 8 acres and offers 444 units, available in 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, and 3 BHK layouts.

The current per sq. ft. rate for Nandi Meraki is Rs. 10,300 (East Wing) and Rs. 10,600 (South Wing), (all inclusive of rate with one covered car park). The only additional charges applicable are registration and franking fees. The North and West Blocks are under construction.

We expect East Block to be ready for occupancy by April 2025.

All apartments along with common areas, amenities and facilities in the project will be completed by the end of December 2027. However a grace period of up to 6 months is applicable.

One covered car parking slot in the basement will be provided for each apartment. Subject to availability, additional car parking can be allotted on payment.

EV charging facilities can be organised through external vendors. Provision for cable trays to all parking slots has been provided to ensure orderly running of wires.nt
